Pastor Ledford was born in Cookeville, Tennessee, on September 12, 1994, to Daniel and Michelle Ledford. His journey of faith began early, making a profession of faith at age five while his father pastored Grace Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, Texas. At age ten, he fully trusted Christ as his Savior, recognizing his personal need for salvation.

At thirteen, Pastor Ledford surrendered to the call to preach and became actively involved in ministry, teaching Sunday school, leading youth services, and serving in various church roles. When his family moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia, he continued serving under his father’s pastorate at Crossroads Baptist Church, graduating high school in 2011 and pursuing Bible training through Virginia Baptist College, Baptist College of America, and Faith Bible Institute. His commitment to learning continues through personal study and ongoing education.

In 2014, Pastor Ledford moved to Royse City, Texas, to help with a new church plant, serving as Music Director, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director, and Pulpit Reserve. He also gained valuable leadership experience as part owner of the family business, AWT Sanitations.

On March 19, 2020, Pastor T. Haden Ledford married his dear wife, Marina. Since then, Marina has faithfully served alongside Pastor Ledford in the ministry, providing steadfast support and encouragement. Together, they are blessed with three children: Alexandra, Rafael, and Matthew. Their family is dedicated to serving their church and community, reflecting a strong commitment to faith and ministry.

In August 2023, God led Pastor Ledford to Midland, Texas, to assist Temple Baptist Church. After the sale of the family business and the transition of his previous church roles, he was ordained at Temple Baptist Church. When Pastor John Grabanski resigned in October 2024, Pastor Ledford stepped in as interim pastor and was officially voted in as Pastor on December 15, 2024.

Pastor Ledford is passionate about seeing souls saved, ministering to the hurting, and reaching those struggling with personal challenges. He welcomes anyone seeking spiritual guidance, encouragement, or a fresh start.
